Hi all

Acording Vobsub's page:

VobSub 2.12
DirectVobSub: Fixed wrong aspect ratio when using the "Extend to ..." options; Better compatibility with several media players. The followings were tested and found working on my config: bsplayer, powerdivx, sasami2k (only when using the overlay mixer), radlight, lightalloy, microdvd, wmp64, wmp8, zoomplayer, windvd3, powerdvd4 (of course, these dvd players were working only in file mode);

Well, I'm using PowerDVD 4 XP in file mode to play a SVCD MPEG-2 (movie.mpg) file and in the same directory I have the subs in *.sub format (movie.sub) but the subs doesn't appear. Is there any trick to play subs via DVobSub with PowerDVD? (I have also tried WInDVD 3)

Thanks.

Rename the mpg to avi. PowerDVD is trying to use its hw accelerated filter for mpegs. It starts out with these filters already in the graph connected together: [dxva..]->[overlay mixer].
