Merge mpeg2 and sub

Hello! I have joined 4 Svcd's to 1 big mpeg2file, and I have a sub for that movie, but it's made for 2cd's (MicroDVD) and one made for 3cd's (Subrip). Is there a way to merge one of the sub's into the mpeg2stream? or should I change the mpeg2 to another format?
I want to view the movie on TV with my Hollywood+ card
