Hello,
I am looking for the best software, which is not cloud based (so no AWS Transcribe), and can produce subtitles files for given videos. The videos contain only dialogue, so there is no need to remove any noise or sound in the background, but "russian" as a language needs to supported. Ideally, the russian audio should be translated in an english subtitle file (SRT for instance).
I want to emphasize that I am looking for the software which produces the best end result and this does not have to be free.
