You need to provide a MediaInfo report for your audio source. Not your encodes...

This is infomedia one channel only, other is same
...
C.wav
Sampling rate : 48.0 kHz
Bit depth : 16 bits
Is already 48 KHz, I can't understand your problem.
Seems perfect for DTS MA Suite input (with the rest of channels).

Hello Richard1485 ,
Bit depth : 16 bits
No means 24 or 32 bits ?!
Sometimes Sampling Rates : 41400 it works too .
Sometimes Sampling Rates : 44800 , There is no duration.
We understand absolutely nothing.

DTS accept 16, 20 and 24 bitdepth (20 is rarely used)
Sometimes Sampling Rates : 41400 it works too .
Sometimes Sampling Rates : 44800 , There is no duration.
We understand absolutely nothing.
Standard Sampling Rates are 32, 44.1 and 48 KHz but other input source frequencies are allowed. But...
We don't know if the place is good. For some time now we have come across the message " Samples Rates if input files do not match the selected sample rate".
You must select the same samplerate than input because DTS MA Suite can't resample the input to the selected.
Still we don't know for what you need DTS MA encoded files.
To make a BD compliant with a BD player?
Without that info I can't help you any more.

We have a 3D 7.1 Amplifier. We find that DTS HD MA sound is very pleasant than normal DTS 5.1. We are encoding old songs old movies to listen to and watch.

Only for audio the .flac is also lossless, like DTS-MA, and you can encode it for free and with less size than DTS-MA.
There are amplifiers than support decode .flac (its free, for DTS must pay), or you can send the decoded audio from a player or PC by HDMI.

We already have everything we need. It is not known the flac as you say is as good as DTS MA. But encode by internet 200Mo maximum no more
