ASS to SRT

Had gone through above sticky tool but as I m technically new to this conversion,pls tell me simple tutorial and software for making SRT file out of ASS

I read few topics but as I m not understanding it easily,also tell me simple tool to make conversion

Also one more query,I need to extract ASS file from my MKV for which I m using mkvextractorgui2 I hope this is simple tool to do so,if not then can I try this megui extractor

No need to extract first. Directly open the mkv file in Subtitle Edit (http://www.nikse.dk/subtitleedit/). Sometimes you need to remove some special ASS formatting: press ctrl+a, then right-click the lines and then "Normal (remove formatting)". Click "File"->"Save as", make sure "SubRip (*.srt)" is chosen in the drop-down menu at the bottom an save. That's it.
