I am trying to add SCC closed captions to an mpeg 2 file.
I need the output file has to be mpeg2 with a bitrate of 15000kps with the closed captions included how to I multiplex them together ?
Any help much appreciated.
I am using PC
normally use Sony Vegas and Tmpeg vers 5,
I got Hand brake and tried that but the output quality was poor and not sure if it was true SCC files inc in the end file
