Hi Batman007,
it's a bit hard to say without more info... could you expand the details and what OS are you running?
If you're running WinXp then an older version like SE 3.3.15 might work better: https://github.com/SubtitleEdit/subtitleedit/releases/tag/3.3.15
You could also try a re-install of SE and/or .net framework 4.5.2.

I'm using Windows 7 ultimate 64-Bit
When I open ANY Subtitle file (.sup or .srt or whatever) , it gives me this error ... I re-installed SE and .NET FRAMEWORK as well
But still same error ...

He, the details from the exception... I think you can click on the "Details" button in the msgbox from your first post to get a more detailed exception - with hopefully a nice error message.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

SE seems to have problems with your blu-ray .sup file (or at least what SE seems to think is a blu-ray sup file)... could you email the file to me?
EDIT: Also, do switch back to SE 3.4.5...

I've been using SE since a little time. No issue with 8bit h264 mkv, but impossible to play 10bit h264 mkv... :(

It will depend of your installed codecs... you can also switch to use VLC as video engine via Options -> Settings -> Video player
Does anybody know if LAV filters support 10bit color video?

Thanks for information. And i've just realised that i've asked my question in the wrong thread, it should have been in "Subtitle Edit 3.4.5", choosed/clicked too fast in the first thread with "Subtitle Edit 3.4.5" i've seen...
