Forced subtitle Blu-ray 3D

I would like to know if it possible to force a subtitle on a blu-ray 3d iso (Create with tsmuxer) please?

I know to do this with a blu-ray 2d (movie only) with bdedit but i don't know for blu-ray 3d.
