This might be a stupid question, but i would like to find out the anwser...
I use subripper for extracting subtitles....I don´t mux them with the videofile, I use them seperatly...
Many movies are 16*9 and I watch them fullscreen...
Is there a way to get the subtitles "under" the area for the video.
In the black area that is beneath it?

Would like som help.....

Please. read the history before posting a question that has been answered 10+ times.

Use either some AVI player that can do it (PoverDivX NG, ..., ... - too many to list them all)

Or use DVobSub and select "extend picture to 4:3" in config...

Or use DivXG400 and do the same

Or use external subtitling program (not recommended)

Or... well, that's all that comes to mind...
