I want to convert an ebook on png files to text or .doc format.
Text would be fine.
the internal MS MDI ocr-process is very imprecise, then I had a weird thought:
If I can convert my 2500 png files into some sort .SUB or .IDX format, one that Avidemux or Subrip can read, would it be possible to convert that into a text file, like .srt?
to be sure:
I want to do png to txt
But since most of the tools I found don't work, I want to make a two step process:
1- png to .sub/idx
2- ".sub" to srt (or plain text)
please help.
