How to batch timeshift .ass subtitles?

I got a folder of .ass subtitles and need to retime all of them -2150 ms.

Is there any way to do this without editing them one by one?

Subtitle Edit should be able to do this (www.nikse.dk).

Tools -> Batch Convert
