I have subs (.srt) from a dvdrip which are syncronised in 25fps (like the video).
Is there a way to convert the subtitles to 23.976 fps in order to use them with the bluray version of the movie?

Yes, many subtitle editors have such a feature. For example SubtitleWorkshop and Aegisub. If you are aiming for mkv, mkvmerge can even do it itself.

I tried with SubtitleWorkshop, no luck. Then with Aegisub: opened the .srt in Aegisub, loaded the bluray video and tried the "extract" option, where you can change framerate. As input it said: 41.708 frames. What does this mean? And what do I put in the output field???
Also, where is this option in Mkvmerge?

In mkvmerge select the subtitle track and put "25025/24000" into the "stretch by" field.
In Aegisub load the subtitle, click "File"->"Export Subtitles...">"Transform Framerate". ("41.708" is the average number of miliseconds a video frame is shown in 23.976 fps video. It has nothing to do with the subtitles.)

And what numbers shoul i write in aegisub in the fields for "input" and "output" framerate?

No luck at all. In Aegisub I have delay which can't be fixed even by manual synchronisation (I mean after the chang in framerate) and in Mkvmerge the result was the subs to start in the first seconf of the video and run very quickly....

Then the subtitles do not match the BD version of the movie
