Woohoo!!
I just finished a successful rebuild!!
Turns out that the metaextractor error was related to Samsung AllShare (for my mobile phone)... I had uninstalled that program, but the extractor remained somehow. Once I removed this, worked perfectly!
I'd like to thank you all for your help, and especially your patience!!
Edit: Only issue seems to be that I chose BD25 as target size, and it ended up nearly 27Gb? Make sure you install exactly per the instructions. I've had that reported before and it was caused by the installation... can't remember which step. Also make sure you have BD-25 selected rather than a custom size you believe to be BD...
I've also seen it happen when someone inadvertently put some other files into the source folder while the encode was working -- they then got copied to the destination in the final step along with the original files.

Im sure I installed correctly, and the second disc I tried worked fine, so I'm just redoing the first one again :)

Don't edit the logfile and remove the source volume name. What's the source?

that doesn't mean anything. We need the exact volume name as shown in the logfile, which is why you shouldn't edit it. I'd repost atleast the first 10 lines of the logfile and don't edit the volume name this time.
