Hi guys! I need some help here. Right now I have an srt file which i need to view as a word document for computer aided translation. Right now I have a problem with the timecodes.

When I edit the file on notepad the timecodes on the side are not good as i try to open the file on my translator. The last time I did this, I transcribed the file and translated it myself into a word document. Each subtitle has its own line. Then I can import this into aegisub and the only thing I need to do is to time the subs.

In essence, I need to reverse this process. I have a set of timed subs that I need to get into a word/txt file without the timecodes. Any tips? <3

In Aegisub:
File->Export Subtitles...->Export...->[XYZ].txt->Save

Open the timed English subtitles in Aegisub, select all lines (ctrl+a) and copy them (ctrl+c). Then start another instance of Aegisub, load the untimed Chinese subtitles, select the first line and then "paste lines over" (ctrl+shift+v), click "Times" and "OK".
