BDMV+CERTIFICATE, add subtitles

someone knows what the best and most simple way is to add external (srt) subtitles to a BDMV+CERTIFICATE Blu-Ray folder structure? I want to end result to be BDMV+CERTIFICATE folder again because I want to burn it on a BD-R.

You could give multiavchd a try if you don't care about the original menus from your blu-ray rip. However, it is a little old, but it can accept SRT and generate PGS while muxing into an m2ts file.

With that said - I haven't tried multiavchd on a BDMV structure yet - it may not work! (But it is the simplest if you don't need the original menus)

Any solutions to this yet ? Im wrestling with same problem.. trying to add subs to 3D BD-R atm, and damn its hard.
