From another place, a question:

My main aim is convert teletext in DVB ts to some subtile format.

I have extracted teletext from DVB-T transport stream using ffmpeg like below

ffmpeg.exe -i TELETEXT.mpg -vn -an -f rawvideo -copyinkf -scodec
copy teletext.dat

How can I convert teletext.dat into other subtitle formats like .srt, .sup
etc.

Can you help? Any tips? Any information about the subject?

PS: ProjectX does the job for very well but can't handle H.264.

Thanks

:D

What do you care about H.264 when all you need is the teletext?

johner23, I'm not 100% sure it'll open the file in question, but try Subtitle Workshop (http://www.urusoft.net/products.php?cat=sw&lang=1).

Subtitle Workshop is useless, says one that actually extracts subtitles from DVB sources :)

I use it every so often and it works quite well.
I guess as one who actually extracts subtitles from DVB sources, you'll be able to answer the OP's question then?

I answered it once.
