font color change after converting

i use subtilte creator wizard to make dvd
problem is
after finish converting all functions are work except font color is change can anyone have solution for this please

Change them to whatever you like afterwards using either PGCEdit or DVDSubEdit. There's even a guide to doing it using DVDSubEdit:
