I read some discussion on the web, but I created a bit of confusion about what software or method to use.

I kindly ask what is the procedure to do this.

I thought about a procedure, but I do not know if it is correct, then asking for help in this.
Having a HD MKV files, including the sottottitoli PGS (sup) operations followed by three?

1 - Extraction of Audo-stream video and subtitles (demuxing)

2 - Conversion of stream:
Videos (all streams of blu-ray) to avi
Audio (all streams of blu-ray) to mp3
subtitles (sup) to srt

3 - Operation of reunification in a single avi file (Muxing)

What software is needed for this procedure? the net I found many but they are in confusion about which to use.

Is there a guide on this?

THANKS

SupRip does a good job with the sup->srt step.

Don't expect the conversion from sup to srt to be automatic though. BluRay, just like DVD, uses bitmap subtitles which means OCR is required for converting.

Many thanks for your reply.

In fact I already Tets and I noticed that some words must be corrected by hand to adjust everything else works.

Now I have to answer to transcode video and audio streams, as the last step after I join the stream (muxing)
