Has anyone had any luck with Body Of Lies (PAL) there is only one sub file for eng and its showing no forced subs, but i know there are some in there, any ideas, any little tricks i can use on it?

You sure? I came over dozens of BD/DVD which were not authored correctly and they simply forgot to flag the subs as forced.

When i scan it it says no forced subs, i know i can manually go through it and try to find them but that is going to be a pita

Finding forced subs can be very quick if you spend the time to OCR that track first.

I dont know about forced subs for other languages but as for German most forced subs are written in capital letters. Those are quite easy to find with a RegEx capable text editor afterwards. That gives you the line numbers you can flag manually in BDSup2Sub as forced.

seems it doesn't need forced subs as they are \already there, decided to mux the audio and video together and play the file, skipped to a bit where they are talking in Arabic and the subs are there :-)

Hi!

Then those are permanent/"burned-in" subtitles - parts of the video images...

I know that now :-) guess next time i don't see any "forced" subs where i think there should be, i should just check the video out :)
