Hi,
I'm backing up my BD version of Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring. I've extracted the .sup file (the one containing the forced subs) using eac3to, and loaded it up in BDSup2Sub to convert to IDX/SUP.
The problem i'm coming across is the first forced subtitle says 'The Shire'. Then the second forced sub should fade in a few seconds later saying '...60 years later'.
It looks like BDSup2Sub isn't able to handle the fade in/out, giving this warning when reading the .sup... 'WARNING: fade out detected -> patched palette'. Then the second forced sub isn't seen at all.
Using RipBot264, i can hardcode the subs however it still doesn't see the fade in/out and the second subtitle '...60 years later'.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
