I am trying to make a ISO file copy of my DVD of Vidocq (Dark Portals) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0164961/ with a few limitations.
So far I have made an uncompressed ISO using DVDShrink of the main movie only and have also eliminated the terrible default English language sound track. (The voice actors were just not up to it)
I am happy to go with the original French sound track - that part was straight forward.
Now my question - how do I make the English subtitles appear burnt in? I don't need to make them switchable. Is there an option in DVDShrink or maybe IFOEdit? I want to maintain the chapter points and not re-author and reprocess if possible. The other alternative is would be to make an uncompressed MKV from the DVD keeping only the English subs, French language and chapter points - any recommendations as to software to do this?
