BDSupToSub - In reverse?

Hi,

I've been ripping my blu rays to MKV and using BDSupToSub to convert the subs for merging with mkvMerge.

I was wondering - is there a way to reverse this? In other words, convert the subs back to 'sup', if ever I feel the need to remux the film back to blu ray structure?
