Hello there.
I'm remuxing all my Full BluRay backups into matroska containers, and therefore having to convert the SUP files into SRT with SupRip (forced subtitles only).
But I have some doubts concercing the forced subtitles. I have come accross three different scenarios:
The m2ts contains one main subtitle track (which I ignore) and one fewer in size forced subtitle track (the one I convert to SRT).
The m2ts only contains one main subtitle track, but if I open it and select the option "Only forced subtitles" in SupRip I can output them.
The m2ts only contains one main subtitle track, and if I select the above mentioned option I get nothing.
My doubt is how to proceed in the third case as I don't have any idea about how to identify which subtitle is a forced one and which is not. Do I have to watch the entire film, guess and note down the frames where it would be a forced subtitle? Is there any online database with correct forced subtitles for BDs (23.976fps)?
Thanks in advance.
