hi ive been using megui and dvddecrypter thus far to make nice encodes, untill yesterday i attempted to encode my first foreign film but i was unable to find any way to use megui or its tool set to extract the sub file from my vob, or manipulate subtitle strings in any way, so i searched for a program that could extract the sub and convert it to srt to be muxed in at the end, in the end i settled with subrip, this works fine until i start using avscutter, and i have no idea how to apply these same cuts to my srt, i probably could get away with just manually syncing it since 99% of the time the only cuts i need to do are in the beginning and end for intros and credits, but it still just bothers me, maybe there is a way to use that cut file used to supply cutting information to the audio encoder, or maybe there is just an entirely more intelligent way to handle subtitles that i have no clue about, needless to say i am a complete noob here but hopefully this article explain to you the gist of my problem

p.s. hardcoded subtitles are out of the question i need i separate stream that can be toggled
