Is there a way to do that? I have already been told that you can add subtitles to blu-ray without losing the menu by replacing and renaming the files that you get from tsmuxer to the original ones. But that method only works on Blu-Ray that has the whole(main) movie on one file.
Then what about anime? Is there a way to add subs to Blu-Ray anime discs without losing the menu? They unfortunately have more than one file for the main movie, as every episode itself can be considered as "main movie".

What does it matter if it's split over multiple files? Just remux each individual file and replace them.
