I need help with VobSub

I'm using VobSub 2.08 with Nandub and the end of indexing process I have a message : "Cannot read either locked DVD, truncated or missing file".
I'm doing something wrong?
I used Vobsub before and It use to work fine :confused:

If Vobsub shows you double languages just try each of two and
then press "i've stripped......" button. It always works for me
when i get the message you did..
