Dear All,
I'm starting to transfer all the movie and anime to my iMac, but I've found that the ".ssa" or ".ass" usually NOT in Unicode, therefore have severe trouble when playing on the Mac, and I didn't found any people talking about this.
Almost all video players works fine in Windows (thanks to FFDSHOW/FFMPEG), Zoom Player seems to be the best compatible with subtitles, and MPC-HC also working fine (except lyrics that have special effect).
Can you suggest what player works best with subtitles on OSX?
Thanks.
