well I have a problem with subtitles... I had 23,976 video and just did a 4% speedup so I could rech 25fps (PAL) well now the problem is that the subtitles dont fit anymore... is there any way or better any tool which can do this kind of things?

You can use Subtitle Workshop to change the speed of the subtitles.

hi
when your final file a mkv-file is!? you can use the "stretch"-funktion for the subtitle in mkvmerge.

its easier and perfect.
