Hey Guys,
I am trying to streamline my ripping process as much as I can, I currently use a couple of perl scripts to generate my AVI Synth files and and do my DGIndex'ing.
One of the most time consuming processes I do at the moment is looking at the Subtitles which I currently do using DVDSubEdit.
Is there any command line subtitle utility that would give me some sort of report about the subtitle streams
I am trying to generate something that shows each subtitle stream and how many subs in that stream and how many are forced, I don't mind how long the process takes (within reason ofc) and I don't even mind ripping the subs out and getting my script to count the total subs and forced subs.
Based on that report I can then decide which if any subtitle streeams I need to get into DVDSubEdit to create a .srt.
Hope that makes some sense!
Many thanks in advance.
Ray!
