I've begun playing around with remuxing and adding subtitles to blu-ray rips. I'm using dvd as the sub source, so I first OCR them to srt.
After reading 102 pages of the TSMuxer thread I was sad to see development came to a halt.
Subtitle wise it still had some things to be desired. No formating like italic, not all characters are supported, and off-set is calculated from the lowest point in the subtitle instead of the center (if you have a line with a gjpqy in it, the sub will be placed higher).
After finding TSMuxer doesn't provide me with everything I want, I took a look at SupRead. Right of the bat I noticed 1 thing that really makes my dislike the subtitle output. If you have a multi-line subtitle, the shortest line is aligned to the left instead of the center. Not being able to change the font is another, but that's one I can live with.
Is there a way to change the alignement behaviour in SupRead or are there other tools out there I should give a try?
Thanks for any pointers.
