SC Subtitle Filter fault with subtitle creator

Since the subtitle Creator thread is quite large and probably no one is watching that one had to start a new thread for this reather simple matter.

Have installed the 2.2 .exe version.
Try to open a dvd file (eg. IFO), but keep getting the message "you MUST install SC Subtitle filter first).
The webadress just takes me to the point where I first downloaded the .exe setup file from the start.

Where are this filter, and why doesn't it come with the setup file?

For future reference: I had the same problem in Windows 7, and I think the filter was not registered because the installation was not executed with administrator privileges.

To solve this, create a bat with the following line and execute it with admin privileges:

regsvr32 %ProgramFiles%\SubtitleCreator\SCSubtitleFilter.ax

I think it would work for Vista too.
