As you found out DVD-Lab Pro imports text subtitles only in a few formats, and apparently this isn't one of them.
I'm not familiar with Sony DVD architect.

You have to find a way to convert this format to a format that DVD-Lab Pro accepts.
Try loading your sub file in Subtitle Workshop. It can open a lot of different formats though I didn't see Sony format in the list.
You will just have to try to open in different formats and see which one works.
If it worked then you can save it as .srt and then import into DVD-Lab.

In the first format if you put a comma between start and end times and a comma between end time and text, then it is almost
like Spruce Subtitle format .stl.

00:00:02:15,00:00:04:12,Oh oh, oh oh

But in .stl format the last two digits of times are expected to be in frames. Yours seems to be in fraction of seconds.

Best bet is to recreate your subs with a program that outputs a more well known format like .srt.
