hello,
I thought i have found a new way to import synched.srt files to convert them into other file types such as .slt !!
But doing that i noticed subrip changes for instance the first line timed at lets say 43,946 secs = original .srt file into to 43,20 secs = once imported in subrip !! Wich results desyncronisation afterwards when i re-author the movie!!!
Now i know wot you are thinking, use the time table to adjust delays and such!!
But doing that makes things wurse !! If i work whit for example 43,20 as start time and i like to add for example 20 ms and use that by using timeset ofset time correction option . I get instead of 43,40 .. 43,50 !!!?? When i try to add another 20ms just to see wot happend it stays at 43,50 !???
It seems something isnt working proper when importing my perfect synched sub to begin whit let alone using that time table correction !!
Wot allot of hassle to get a few kb-big file in to work still in these days !!?
Does Subrip needs an major update ... is it a bug of some sort
perhaps !?
thanks,
kabster
thanks in advance,
