Video in delay

Ciao,

i have the DVD of Rome, and im trying all way to make good Divx.
I tried DrDivx, that make a divx6 video. All is ok, but i have to use the old version, case the new beta crash continuosly.
But i got a good video, with 3 language and 4 subtitles, all perfectly working on my Home DVD Player.
Then i tried AutoGk eand Fairuse, but this one have the problem that dont let me to use more than 1 Subtitles track.
So i tried with VSrip to exctract subtitles from original DVD and than use with the Video, very good quality, made by Fairuse...
Now arrive the problems. Video by Fairuse + Sub (idx) made by itself, all is ok. Video by Fairuse + Sub (idx) made by VSrip, the Video is in little delay. I checked in the file .idx and i saw a little different time, i correct with a delay. But always is wrong, i mean subtitles come a little before (maybe half second) than the right moment, even if the timestamo is the same. WHere is the mistake? I post the first part of the 2 .IDX

1) Roma5 is the correct .idx made by Fairuse
2) Roma6 is the wrong .idx made bt VSrip, that i correct
