Extract subtitles from "kar" files???

I was just wondering, is it possible to extract the timed lyrics out of a Karaoke file (*.kar) and use them on SSA.

Look for karinfo.zip @ http://www2.iicm.edu/Cpub

Prog Usage: karinfo -lyric song.kar > lyrics.txt

I tried out “Karinfo” it just extracts the lyrics. But I was looking for something that extracts the lyrics as well as the times for each line. (Like in *.ssa, lyrics + times but not just lyrics).

PS: If lyrics + times is not possible at least times would do. So that I can add the times to the text file I extracted from "Karinfo".
