Subtitles ripper generate bad header error.

I used RI4M to decrypt the vobs. I ripped the movie in Movie Mode and Full DVD mode. When I use VobSub2.23, I get a bad header error asking me to pursue further.

Sorry, I accidentally pressed enter to submit. I am using Vista.

Reason that I am posting this is because when I try to play the avi file with sub titles, the movie won't play in Windows Media Player/Classic and other any other players. The movie won't play. Please help me here. I don't know if this is a right forum, please I would be grateful for any help.
