Subtitles not showing with SubResync?

There are 2 subtitles on the DVD, one is English and the other one is Arabic. When I play the DVD I can see both subtitles and they are occupying the same position on screen, but when I extract both subtitles using VobSub, and then try to view it using SubResync, I can only see the English Subtitle. As for the Arabic subtitle I can only see the background. Anyone can help in this issue.

Maybe you can extract the sup files with PgcDemux and then convert it back to idx+sub files using Subtitle Creator.

Hi everyone,

Last time I managed to resolve this problem by getting the Arabic Sub from the net.

Now I'm having the same problem with a different DVD.

I can see the Subtitles when playing the DVD on my PC or my Standalone DVD Player, but when I rip the subtitles I'm not seeing anything?

Any suggestions?
