I've been given a bunch of VobSub idx/sub's to use in a DVD project in Scenarist. The problem is that they are at 29.97 fps and I need them at 25fps. I'd rather not have to use OCR on them as that'd be very tedious(I have a lot of them to do). Is there an option in VobSub to change the frame-rate. Or is there a tool that will change the frame-rate (and the times)of the resulting Scenarist sst file that VobBub can produce? Subtitle Workshop does this but only works on text-based subtitles(It gave an un-supported file format error when i tried to load the sst file).
