View Full Version : Disturbing Small Subtitles in MP4 Playback

Well, I have a problem with playback with TTXT subtitles being too small on playback. I've had this problem before, but I can't find the fix. Originally, it had to do with a splitter problem and disabling it, but I don't see it in the list of playback. The subtitles playback in a small font size and touching the bottom of the screen. I use Haali's splitter and vsfilter. I always use those two and it doesn't work all of a sudden. It's been a while since I've played my mp4s I created, but it worked the last time I tried. My assumption is I've either installed or uninstalled a program that decided to mess with my directshow. I really get aggravated by this programs sometimes. Which is why I never use codec packs. I like to control my playback and if something goes wrong, I know what I did.

Anyways, is there a fix to this?

Hi!

What software did you use to create the TTXT subs?

I beliebve newer versions of SubRip use a 22 point font - previously used a 14 point font...

All the video files work normal for me Leon. So I dont think it has to do with old or new.

I created the srt files in SubRip, but the TTXT files were generated as I made the mp4 files. I used YAMB/MP4Box. So there shouldn't be a problem with that. Really, like I said before, I've had a problem before, but I was able to fix it. This time I don't know how to fix it as I don't know what caused this. It should play like you would an srt file with an avi file.

Thank you for your time and help!
