I have had a LOT of problems with forced subtitles.
Ie
Star wars - No subtitles whatsoever
Da Vinci Code - Subtitles coming up at the wrong times.
Eastern promises - No subtitles
I am trying to figure out a way to fix this.
I have tried both Dvdfab hd decoder 4 and dvd shrink, along with Avi.net with vobsub installed.
I have ripped dvds with forced subtitles successfully before "the hunt for red october" and I do understand the concept of forced subtitles vs a whole different set of subtitles, "star wars for instance".
In both cases I cannot seem to get subtitles on these Damn avis. I know there is someone smarter than me who knows what I am doing wrong and there is probably a post explaining this already, but I looked and could not find one. So if i could get some advice or a link pointing me in the right direction that would be awesome.
