Round off timecodes

For Scenarist ACA to accept my .srt subtitles, I need to round off the time codes to a tenth of a second instead of a thousand of a second.

Eg:

to

Is there any smart way to automize this process? I've been looking for such a function in both Subtitle Workshop and in Subtitle Creator, without luck.

You could do it with any program that supports regular expressions, like sed or EditPlus.

Something like replace
^(..:..:..,.).. --> (..:..:..,.)..$
with
\100 --> \200
