I want program "Vobsubidadjust".

Because I want to adjust Language Id in .idx file such as,

langidx: 10

# English
id: en, index: 10

I want to change number 10 to 1,because my dvd player cannot
show subtitle when number in .idx file is 2 alphabet.

You can just edit the .idx file in a text editor and make the needed changes. You don't need a program to do that.

I do like that.it's not work.maybe from .sub too,it's come together.

You can use SubtitleCreator for that. Open you sub with Tools->Manipulate sub and save it to vobsub.
