How to convert multi language subtitles?

Dear friends,

I am having a problem converting subtitles of different language. The language of the subtitles are as below:

- Thai
- Vietnam
- India

Help! Anyone know how and which convertor I should use to convert it? Can maestro convert the above language of subs? I tried to convert using Maestro (with applocale) but it doesn't work.
