Does anyone here know of any method to create variable-speed scrolling subtitles?
the only method I can think of right now would be to simply use standard titling applications common to most editing software to create the text, and then to use keyframes to intermittently scroll, then stop, then scroll, then stop the text.
Unfortunately, using that system on a 2+hour movie would take a terribly long time.
Is there any software out there that can take in a subtitle text file, and use the time code to create a scroll-stop-scroll-stop subtitle, instead of a flash-on,flash-off,flash-on,flash-off subtitle?
