What is the quickest way to convert this to any known subtitle format...?

I need to convert this subtitle to idx/sub (vobsub) format quickly...or any popular subtitle like srt/sub.
Please take a look at the picture...I know I'll have to do a lot of ctrl+c ctrl+v...but how many?
And of course I'd like to keep the time codes (those are frames or seconds??)

Yeah, it will involve lots of copy/pasting, I would use aegisub personally.

Although I bet you could write a perl script or something with regular expressions to parse it... but I don't know how to do this :(

The quickest way was:

1. I translated the English text to Hungarian (since I'm Hungarian), while watching the movie in its original language Italian. (They're speaking pretty fast and yelling a lot in it...since I don't speak Italian, it was a bit hard to identify certain sentences...)

2. Using Subtitle Workshop and Notepad I broke the text into lines with maximum 40 characters in a line. (80 in two lines tops)

3. Timecoded the movie with SW. (took two nights and day)

4. Adjusted the timecodes in SW and in Subtitle Creator.

5. Opened my DV AVI in VDub, added the TextSub filter (which is the best filter if you're willing to hardcode subs into video files), compressed and exported it.

So yeah, it wasn't that quick, but hell I got what I wanted.
