Italics with Avidemux?

I cannot keep working with SubRip as it is useless for ripping subs from VobSub files. I have looked at VobSub's SubResync and Avidemux.

One thing both cannot do is have Italic fonts I guess. Is there any way I can enable italics or something as most of the movies I rip have italics somewhere in them.
