hd dvd subtitle delay needed

hi all
ive rip a sup with evodemux and used hd supread to get the sst need for scenarist.
only problem is there is a delay for the subtitle: +137904ms
pts for subtitle is 00bd6f95 and pts for video is 00000d8e.
any one have any idea how to put this delay in, as the subtitles are about 2 or 3 seconds out.

Have you already solved the problem?

the first line (when i open the demuxed Subtitle in Supread) is 05:43:13,052 --> 05:43:15,578; there schould be a delay for about 5:43:00,000

I tried different ways, but i never come near the value it should be.
