subtitle stretching - many sync points

Hi!

I have avi movie and a subtitle txt file, but subtitles are not syncronized.
I use bestplayer to synchronize first and last dialog line and this works fine, but subtitle still are desyncronized in the middle of the movie.

Is there any program I can syncronize subtitle with movie with it, setting many sync points and this program will stretch subtitle proportionally?

Subtitle workshop, at least two sync points, possibly more (I don't quite remember any more).

subresync from the vobsub package. Make sure to read the accompanying documentation.
