I just uploaded a new version of ccextractor to sourceforge:

I've been getting some feedback (and serious betatesting) and this new version works much better, especially for transport streams (.ts). You can now expect the transcript to be perfect and the timing to be semidecent.
The .zip file at sourceforge includes the source code and windows and linux binaries.
All feedback is welcome.
