subtitle workshop

hi guys...i use subtitle workshop for join 2 subs...and works fine for first 5 or 6 movies...but know , AFTER joings the subs i have a problem...the 1st sub come fine , the second sub start fine but, in time, until the finish , step by step the sub come forward...why?...thanks

Make it simple: load the movie and sync the CD1 subtitle in Subtitle Workshop and save it as srt. Make the same thing for the CD2.
Join them in notepad (with copy-paste). Save as Joined.srt. Open Joined.srt in subtitle workshop and save from there as srt again.
